Pashmina
for all Seasons for all Professions
Pashmina
or Cashmere is one of the softest fine wool
and has been produced for the time immemorial
in the Himalayan region. Having a very exotically
silky texture it is weightless having at the
same time lightness with supper warmth. Some
people having experience with Pashmina production
says that if an egg is kept covered for days
by the 100 percent Pashmina wool, it might
turn into young chicken… Some people believe
that the constant use of Pasmina can cure
the disease such as gout because of its natural
supper warmth.
The
word Pashmina (Cashmere) is derived from “Pashm”
which means fine inner wool of Himalayan goat-capra
hircus goat that resides above 10000ft. from
the sea level. These goats are domesticated
in the highland of Nepal Tibet and Magnolia
and each spring village women harvest the
Pashmina by laboriously combing out the shedding
hair of live goats. After collection the fiber
goes many specialized tasks, such as sinning,
warping, dyeing, fringe making and ironing
entirely by hand traditionally.
Pashmina
or Cashmere product reveals the connotation
of reputation of the attire. It is an indicator
of excellence in the domain of dress that
men or women put on. It is, therefore, not
only the warm cloth for winter alone. It just
dignifies the name of wearing. It is suitable
for all ages. Thus, we have designed all Pashmina
or Cashmere products for all seasons, for
all professions of all ages. Pashmina/Cashmere
products are highly elegant and luxury wears
for all. Keeping this strength, we have exclusively
designed an exclusive wear for all with the
100% Pashmina or Cashmere fabrics.
Our
standard Pashmina products are made of 70%
Pashmina’s and 30% finer Silk. This gives
the butteries soft hand at the same time maintaining
the integrity of Pashmina. This combination
gives a beautiful sheen as well as strength
to the material. The higher percentage of
Pashmina keeps our material light and truly
seasons less. Something you will shoulder
once and again no matter which time of the
year.
The
royalties and the Luxuries people of Nepal
and its neighboring countries have relied
on the fine Pashmina products to adorn their
shoulders. These pashminas have been handled
with great a care just to ensure the original
quality.
The
questions of Purity
There are various qualities of Pashmina depending
upon its purity i.e the types of yarn cab
ensure up to 100% Pashmina purity. There is
a trend of blending Pashmina with angora wool
or with ordinary cashmere to maintain purity.
But the blended one does not have the quality
of the one woven with Pashmina yarn. Though
Pashmina is known for winter items but technically
it can be fashioned during the summer.
Pashmina/Cashmere
Sweater is knitted as well. Basically, we
knit with 2 ply’s yarn, but it can be knitted
in 4 ply as well order is placed. It is because
it seems heavier.
